Upgrade Your Autopilot

Community Event | Hamilton

Add to calendar:

Your brain is already on autopilot.
Let's make sure it's taking you somewhere good.

Ever found yourself thinking...

"Where did I put my keys?" "What did I come into this room for?" "Why did I open the fridge?"

"Why do I always leave things until the last minute?"

"Why did I react like that... again?"

You're not broken. You're just brilliantly wired.

Your brain is designed to automate whatever you repeat most, from finding your keys to the way you think, feel and respond (or snap!).

The exciting part? Those patterns can be changed with ease when you know how.
