Brit Madley
Facilitator & Co-founder
As a trained Adult Educator, Brittanie has a gift for igniting a spark in people, empowering them to take charge of their mindset, habits, and overall wellbeing.
Her own mental health journey gave Brittanie a deep understanding of the challenges the human mind faces. She discovered the transformative power of gratitude, positivity, and essential daily habits. Now, she embodies and teaches these principles, committed to helping transform New Zealand's mental health statistics.
Armed with a toolkit of mindset techniques, powerful resources, and a foundation of gratitude, Brittanie plays a pivotal role in delivering the Gratitude Habit's programs to individuals and teams.
On a personal note, Brittanie enjoys life with her family of five which includes their energetic Border Collie. She’s a social butterfly who loves group workouts, beach days, long walks, and is a big fan of Audible. Constantly learning, she loves inspiring people to live brighter, bolder lives.
Jess Frost
Facilitator & Co-founder
As an experienced corporate leader, coach and facilitator, Jess has an intimate understanding of how mindset can impact both individuals and teams. She is an advocate for empowering people with the right tools, mindset and habits to support performance in the good times and resilience through the tough times.
Jess has a unique perspective in this area. Her journey has been woven with personal experiences of depression, anxiety and burnout as well as professionally working with high performance teams and teams under transformation and change.
Equipped with a set of mindset techniques, valuable resources, and a foundation of gratitude, Jess is instrumental in delivering the Gratitude Habit's programs to both individuals and teams.
In her downtime Jess enjoys spending time at home with her partner and two cats, be it out in the garden or inside watching movies or playing boardgames. Being creative is something that has been passed down to her from many generations of artists, sewists and crafters.
Amy Spitzer
General Manager & Co-founder
As the General Manager at Gratitude Habit, Amy is the glue that holds our small but mighty team together. With a passion for organising and background in marketing and administration, Amy ensures our team is always humming like a well-oiled machine.
Mental Fitness is an important part of Amy’s life journey and she has experienced the transformative power of gratitude firsthand. By prioritising self-care and healthier habits, Amy has developed a deeper sense of purpose and is passionate about helping others discover the impact gratitude can have in life.
When she isn’t herding cats or ticking things off her list, Amy spends a lot of her time outdoors with her family. She is currently in her reading and Pilates eras, and enjoys a good long black and time with friends.
Sarah Lord
Psychologist & Strategic Partner
As a trained psychologist, Sarah has a deep understanding of the human mind and excels in guiding individuals toward mental clarity, resilience, and overall psychological wellbeing.
With her qualifications, extensive experience, proven techniques, and a foundation in empathy, Sarah works alongside the Gratitude Habit team. She provides oversight of new initiatives through a psychologist’s lens and delivers one-on-one support in various Gratitude Habit offerings.
On a personal note, Sarah enjoys life on her lifestyle block with her family including the ten chickens, and a playful cat. She loves watching car racing, building Lego with family, and finds joy in a good book. Walking has also become her favorite form of meditation.
