We want you to feel confident when you work with us at the Gratitude Habit.

Below you’ll find our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. These outline how we work, what you can expect from us and your rights as a participant. Our aim is to be transparent and fair, so you can focus on getting the most out of your workshop, course, or programme. 

 These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshops, courses, programmes, and materials provided by the Gratitude Habit Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By registering for or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms.

Payment & Deposits

    • Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any workshop, course, or programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Deposits: For certain programmes or events, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place. Deposit amounts and due dates will be specified at the time of booking.
    • Quotes: Any quotes or proposals provided by The Gratitude Habit Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, pricing and availability may be subject to change.
    • Late Payment: We reserve the right to withhold access to services or materials until payment has been received in full. 

Refunds and Cancellations

    • Our Refund Policy is outlined separately and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
    • Refunds will only be issued in line with the refund policy in place at the time of purchase.
    • Cancellations by Participants

      • More than 7 days before the workshop: You may request a transfer to another date/programme, or a full refund (less any non-refundable deposit if applicable).
      • Between 7 days and 48 hours before the workshop: Refunds are not available, but you may transfer your booking to another date or nominate someone else to attend in your place.
      • Less than 48 hours before the workshop / no-shows: No refunds or transfers will be offered.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

    • All workshop materials, course content, manuals, worksheets, and associated resources (whether in digital or hard copy format) are the intellectual property of the Gratitude Habit Ltd.
    • Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold, or distributed without our prior written consent.
    • You may take notes and use the provided resources for your own learning and development but may not use them to create your own workshops or programmes without permission.

Confidentiality

    • We respect the confidentiality of all participants and ask that you do the same. Any personal stories, discussions, or information shared during workshops or programmes must not be disclosed outside of the group.
    • We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Liability

    • Our workshops and programmes are designed for educational and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
    • By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.
    • To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Gratitude Habit Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses arising from your participation in our services.

Use of Materials and Recordings

    • Some workshops may be recorded for training or marketing purposes. We will always advise in advance and seek your consent if you are identifiable in the recording.
    • Hard copy and digital materials provided are for your use only. You may not reproduce or distribute them beyond your own personal use.

Governing Law

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Acknowledgement

By registering in a workshop, course, or programme with the Gratitude Habit Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
