Depending on your job, lifestyle, location, an in person workshop is not always an option.

We are working on a couple of online options so you can do RISE wherever you are, and also at a time that suits.

RISE live online programme

Over 8 weeks, you’ll work through the RISE programme alongside a group of others, meeting live online each week with one of our facilitators guiding you through the programme.

RISE digital course

A self paced series of online videos that takes you through the RISE workshop. You'll be supported along the way with the option to purchase a printed copy of the workbook.
